Your Smile Can Impact How Much People Trust YouA smile says a lot about you and how you take care of yourself. Have you ever noticed how confident people who have perfect white teeth are?

Anyone who isn't comfortable with the way their teeth look to others will become self-conscious and avoid smiling and even interacting with others in social situations. One of the most interesting findings in a recent survey was that an open smile could make people trust you more, so if you're hiding behind your hand or napkin, you could be losing others' trust.

The Importance of a Genuine Smile


Your smile is probably one of the first things a new acquaintance notices about you, along with your eyes. Looking at someone and smiling with confidence makes people instantly like and trust you, especially when that smile reaches your eyes.

White, perfect teeth convey youthfulness and good health, while a less attractive smile will make others think you have poor oral hygiene habits and lack education. It's the harsh reality of perception today.

It is important to mention that people with less than perfect teeth, can still have good oral health. Discolored teeth happen for many reasons, including age, genetics, other underlying health conditions, wear and tear, and things in your diet or habits, such as drinking coffee, tea, wine, or smoking.

We offer in-house whitening treatments in which we control the amount of solution that your teeth need carefully to prevent issues with sensitivity or damaging the enamel. We can also discuss cosmetic options that are relatively quick and less expensive than teeth replacement, such as dental bonding to fix minor imperfections like gaps, chips or uneven smiles.
